Roasting vegetables made easy…
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
¼ cup olive oil
1 cup vegetables of choice
1 tbsp McCormick brand Montreal Steak Seasoning
½ tsp garlic or garlic salt
Mix all ingredients thoroughly together in your roasting pan (I use cast iron, you use the oven safe pan of your choice)
Bake for 30-45 minutes.
There is no limit to your vegetable choices or seasonings you may choose to add. It’s all about trying new things and creating your own recipes. I use the spices from La Madeleine to get that French rotisserie chicken flavor. McCormick sells an Italian Seasoning when I want to add it to cooked pasta. If you add meat to the vegetables, add about 30 minutes to cooking time. All ovens are different and you may have to adjust cooking length to get to the tenderness of the veggies the way you like. Try on a bed of pasta... it is great served alone with crusty French bread.
